Franchise Applications.  If you choose to, you may submit via the Franchise Opportunity Web site an electronic application seeking consideration as a prospective franchisee.  By doing so, you agree that the information you disclose becomes the property of SMARTBOX.  Any material you submit to this site will be deemed a grant of a royalty free non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute these materials throughout the universe in any medium and through any methods of distribution, transmission and display whether now known or hereafter devised. In addition, you warrant that all so-called "moral rights" have been waived.

Inquiries.  If you request information from SMARTBOX, we'll ask for personal information such as your name, address, email address, and any other information you may wish to share, so that we can best respond to your comments.

Aggregate Information.  We collect Aggregate Information about you and your use of our Web site whenever you visit us online.
