Will my large household items fit in a Smartbox?Yes! The Smartbox is large enough for sofas, refrigerators, entertainment centers, washers, dryers, freezers, dressers, beds and most all other household items. Each unit will hold up to 2000 lbs and is designed for easy loading. How much does it cost?To determine your cost, click on order now and insert your zip code. The rental price per Smartbox and delivery fee for local use will be displayed. The cost is usually lower than renting a truck and self storage unit, as well as being easier, more convenient and less stressful. Where will you put the Smartboxes when you deliver them?Anywhere a car can go, a Smartbox can go! It is rare that we have any difficulty placing the boxes in a convenient spot for loading. Two Smartboxes can be placed in a standard parking space. Our system allows us to operate in limited access areas. If you have a unique situation that is a concern please call us at 1-87-SMARTBOX. Where do you store my belongings and for how long?You can store your Smartboxes on your site or in our Storage Center at no additional cost. One day or indefinitely, our enclosed, secure, clean facilities provide double protection from the elements. How can I make sure I get my delivery on the date I need?SMARTBOX is able to offer affordable solutions for moving and storing because we are efficient in our delivery schedule. Please, place your order as soon as possible in order to secure your desired date. Some days fill up quickly. Our friendly Customer Service Consultants will do their best to satisfy your request. Can I access my Smartboxes while they are being stored?Absolutely! Just give us a call during business hours or visit My Account. We will have your Smartbox ready and waiting for you. We are moving out of town? Can we ship our belongings to another city?We currently support over 60 locations across the country. However, first check with your insurance agent. Your homeowners or renters insurance may already provide coverage. If not, insurance is available to protect your belongings while in transit and storage for a nominal premium. What else might I need that I have not thought of?You will need to lock each Smartbox. Each box can be secured with up to two locks. How about packing supplies - boxes, tape, bubble wrap? We have them all and will deliver them with the Smartboxes. How do I pay?SMARTBOX is all about convenience and that goes for customers making payment. Most customers elect to use Smart Pay by having a credit card or checking account debited. The form is available on this website by visiting My Account or can be faxed to you by our friendly customer service consultant. To pay by mail, simply type in your zip code to get the local address.
