About the SMARTBOX Moving and Storage Pod
Each Smartbox measures
approximately 8' deep by 5' wide by 7' tall outside
and holds about a1 to 1.5 rooms of furniture with a capacity of 2000 lbs.
Smartboxes are made of wood which helps protect items inside from changes
in temperature and humidity. Wooden boxes are excellent for storing furniture
and other household items as well as business files and paperwork.
Each Smartbox has a large, single door to facilitate loading of large pieces
of furniture. This door is fixed to the Smartbox by a full length hinge
and fastened by two fasteners and a sliding Hasp for locking with a padlock.
Boxes are secured and locked by the customer and no one other than the key
holder has access.
Our customers are assured of a dry move and dry storage because we cover
each Smartbox with a waterproof cover that protects the box and its contents.
There is no need to
carry your items up a ramp or lift them onto a dock. Smartboxes are placed
at ground level and door access is only 6 inches above ground level.
